Designed by THOSE Architects, this job involved a full internal renovation with an external revamp. Exquisite finishes were chosen by the Architects and Client to create a beautiful inner-city abode.

On the ground floor, a kitchen was completely replaced and a new laundry and powder room was added. In the kitchen, the existing stainless steel benchtop was retained, which tied in beautifully with Fenix matte laminate cabinetry and a Calacatta Monet marble splashback.

On the first floor, internal walls were removed to create a master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite with a gorgeous open layout. Solid American Oak floorboards were added to the first floor, tying in with oak wardrobes and joinery to match.

The new bathrooms consisted of Terrazo tiles on the floors and beautiful Kyoto mosaics to cover the walls, with Calacatta Monet marble vanities and Brodware tapware.

To complete the project, the Attic space was revitalized with a new coat of paint and fresh carpet.
