This original fibro cottage was stripped back to its bones with the roof and majority of wall frames removed to allow for new open plan, single storey living.

To create more floor space the house was extended out to the rear for living areas and also widened to create larger spacious bedrooms.

A new roof was pitched and sheeted in Colourbond. Weatherboards were used to clad the house and traditions style trims and patio was added to the front of the house to give it that classic coastal feel.
