This semi-detached Bondi Junction Terrace was designed by Derrick MacRae at DM Designs.

Demolition to the back half of the house, allowed for a new open plan kitchen and living area, leading out to a sunny courtyard. Upstairs was transformed, adding a third bedroom and an extra bathroom and ensuite. A study nook was also carefully added, to make use of the extra space of the stair void.

While the front façade remained unchanged, due to its heritage-listed status, a fresh paint job gave the terrace a facelift, making it a standout to passers-by.
